I highly recommend Amy at Hushabye Baby.
I contacted her when my little man was 3 months old and just did not know how to sleep during the day. Witching hour would start at 3pm and Rory would not rest until 11pm at night. As much as I loved the cuddle on the couch a lot of time, I was on my own and I needed to start eating dinner again!
