Literally life changing.
Coming from two first time parents with next to no knowledge on baby sleep, our 5 month old now sleeps through with one night feed and has 3 consistent 1-1.5hour+ naps a day.
We went from being totally clueless, playing tag team with each other to shh, rock, and feed our baby girl to sleep. Not eating dinner together for MONTHS, hardly ever saw each other because we were tending to our daughters sleep needs – to now being totally in control.
We have an amazing, happy, well rested baby.
Of course at times things might slip up but the on going support from Amy is so appreciated, she is only a phone call away. thank you, thank you, thank you xoxo
